1. Trial bookings closing time
Trial bookings will now close at 9:00pm on the night prior to the trial session.

Bookings will continue to open at 9:00am, as per current arrangements.

All existing booking rules remain in force, including no refunds once trials close.

Participants who miss out on booking trial slots in the morning are reminded to keep checking the booking system throughout the day, as cancelled trial slots may become available at any time.

2. Removal of the booking cleaner function
The trial of On The Clock’s automated clean‑up process, known as the ‘booking cleaner,’ has ended. This means –

• Trial slots booked by participants will not change.
• No SMS notifications will be issued after bookings close.

3. Enquiries on the trial day (reminder)
Participants are reminded that they may contact the trials phone during trials (0417 605 208) to enquire about any remaining or newly available trial slots. Staff will advise of any available time slots, with normal trial fees to be charged accordingly within 1 business day of the session via On The Clock.

4. Please ensure your booking details are correct
Participants are reminded to complete their booking details accurately when booking. If your booking/s change, please advise QGRC staff upon arrival. Please ensure you provide accurate information to QGRC staff, as any inaccuracies may result in unnecessary delays to trial sessions for all participants.

Ongoing Review

The Club will continue to monitor trial demand and booking patterns and may make further adjustments if required. Participants are encouraged to ensure they are familiar with trial conditions and booking requirements prior to making reservations.
