At QGRC, we ask that all staff and guests be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

Any behaviour considered abusive, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate by Club Management will be regarded as a serious breach of our Conditions of Entry. In these instances, individuals may be asked to leave the venue.

If the poor behaviour continues, further action may be taken. This could include a suspension or, in serious cases, a formal ban. The length of any suspension or ban will be determined by the racing committee and CEO, in consultation with the QGRC Board. Repeat breaches may result in stronger penalties.

If you are directed to leave or are subject to a suspension or ban:

• You will not be able to enter the Club’s licensed or gaming areas.
• You will not be able to access the Club’s reception area.
• You may still participate in racing on our track, provided the meeting is conducted under the supervision of the official Stewards.
• You will not be permitted to use the track for trials.

Our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all members, guests, and staff. These conditions are in place to ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities and services at QGRC in a positive and respectful way.
