The Queensland Greyhound Racing Club has been advised by Racing Queensland that Gate 2 (Trainers’ Entry) at The Q is now operational, following approval from the Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads.

The opening of Gate 2 provides direct access to the trainers’ car park and has been designed to improve access and traffic flow for participants attending race meetings and trials.

Effective immediately, trainers and other participants are requested to utilise Gate 2 when attending The Q for racing and trial activities, rather than entering via Gate 1.

Access through Gate 2 is restricted to participants, authorised staff, approved contractors and delivery vehicles only. All other visitors should continue to use Gate 1.

The Club thanks participants for their patience as the approval process was completed and looks forward to the improved convenience and accessibility that the new entry point will provide.
