The Queensland Greyhound Racing Club (QGRC) advises that scheduled track maintenance will be carried out on both the Q1 Lakeside and Q2 Parklands tracks next week, weather permitting.
The Q1 Lakeside track will undergo power harrowing to a depth of 100mm on Sunday, 3 May, followed by grading of the surface on Monday 4 May.
Due to these works and the Labour Day public holiday, no trials will be conducted on the Q1 on Monday 4 May.
The Q2 Parklands track will also be power harrowed to a depth of 100mm on Monday, 4 May, followed by grading of the surface upon completion of the harrowing.
As a result of these works, Q2 Parklands trials normally scheduled for Tuesday will be rescheduled to Wednesday, allowing track staff sufficient time to complete the planned maintenance.
